Oyuna futbol qruplarının oyun təşkil etməsinə kömək edən tətbiqdir: oyun açmaq, iştirakı saymaq, heyət düzmək və nəticə yazmaq.
Oyuna meydança satmır, bron etmir, ödəniş qəbul etmir və sığorta təklif etmir. Meydança ilə bağlı razılaşma və haqq tamamilə sizinlə meydança arasındadır; pul hesablaşması isə qrup üzvlərinin öz aralarındadır. Biz bu münasibətlərin tərəfi deyilik.
Oyuna-dan istifadə edərkən bunlar qadağandır:
Qrupu yaradan şəxs onun sahibidir. Sahib və adminlər üzv əlavə edə, çıxara, oyun aça və ləğv edə bilər. Bu qərarları onlar verir, biz yox — qrupdaxili mübahisələrə qarışmırıq.
Qrupa dəvət linki paylaşanda məsuliyyət sizin üzərinizdədir: linki əlində olan hər kəs qrupa qoşula bilər. Eyni şəkildə, paylaşdığınız heyət linkini açan hər kəs oyunçuların adını görür.
Profil şəkli, qrup adı və qeyd kimi yerləşdirdiyiniz məzmun sizin qalır. Bizə yalnız həmin məzmunu xidməti göstərmək üçün — saxlamaq, emal etmək və tətbiqdə digər üzvlərə göstərmək üçün — istifadə etmək icazəsi verirsiniz. Hesabı siləndə bu icazə də bitir.
Qaydaları pozan məzmunu xəbərdarlıq etmədən silə bilərik.
Futbol fiziki təmaslı idmandır və zədə riski var. Oyuna yalnız təşkilatlanma alətidir: oyunun keçirilməsinə, meydançanın vəziyyətinə, iştirakçıların davranışına və baş verə biləcək zədə, itki və ya zərərə görə məsuliyyət daşımır. Oyuna çıxmaq qərarı sizindir və risk sizin üzərinizdədir.
Oyuna tətbiqdəki istifadəçiləri yoxlamır və onların kimliyinə zəmanət vermir.
Xidməti fasiləsiz işlətməyə çalışırıq, lakin kəsilmə, texniki iş və ya səhv ola bilər. Xidməti, onun hissələrini və ya qiymət modelini dəyişmək, dayandırmaq hüququmuzu saxlayırıq. Əhəmiyyətli dəyişikliyi əvvəlcədən bildirməyə çalışacağıq.
Bu şərtləri pozan hesabı müvəqqəti və ya birdəfəlik bağlaya bilərik.
Xidmət «olduğu kimi» təqdim olunur. Qanunun icazə verdiyi həddə, Oyuna dolayı zərərə, itirilmiş gəlirə, itirilmiş məlumata və ya tətbiqdən istifadə nəticəsində yaranan dolayı itkilərə görə məsuliyyət daşımır.
Bu bənd istehlakçı kimi qanunla sizə verilmiş hüquqları məhdudlaşdırmır.
Bu şərtləri yeniləyə bilərik. Əhəmiyyətli dəyişiklik olarsa tətbiqdə xəbər verəcəyik; dəyişiklikdən sonra istifadəni davam etdirmək qəbul etmək deməkdir.
Bu şərtlərə Azərbaycan Respublikasının qanunvericiliyi tətbiq olunur.
By using Oyuna you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app.
Oyuna is an app that helps football groups organise their games: opening a game, counting who is coming, picking the sides and recording the result.
Oyuna does not sell or book pitches, take payments, or provide insurance. Any arrangement with a pitch and the fee for it are entirely between you and that pitch; settling the money is between the members of the group. We are not a party to either.
While using Oyuna you must not:
Whoever creates a group owns it. Owners and admins can add and remove members, and open and cancel games. Those are their decisions, not ours — we do not intervene in disputes inside a group.
Sharing an invite link is your responsibility: anyone holding it can join the group. Likewise, anyone who opens a line-up link you share can see the players' names.
Content you post — a profile picture, a group name, a note — remains yours. You grant us permission to use it only to provide the service: to store it, process it and show it to other members inside the app. That permission ends when you delete your account.
We may remove content that breaks these rules without prior notice.
Football is a contact sport and carries a risk of injury. Oyuna is only an organising tool: it takes no responsibility for how a game is run, the condition of the pitch, the behaviour of the participants, or any injury, loss or damage that may occur. The decision to play is yours and the risk is yours.
Oyuna does not vet its users and gives no guarantee as to who they are.
We try to keep the service running, but outages, maintenance and bugs happen. We reserve the right to change, suspend or discontinue the service, any part of it, or its pricing model. We will try to give notice of significant changes.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Oyuna is not liable for indirect damages, lost profit, lost data, or consequential losses arising from use of the app.
Nothing here limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will say so in the app; continuing to use the service after that means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
